Brianne has worked in real estate since the year 2000, she has developed the skills necessary to not only be successful as an appraiser and business owner, but has been the mentor to a number of trainees who have become certified appraisers. Since relocating to the Pittsburgh area in 1999, she became a Realtor both as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a PA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Additionally, she has experience as a real estate investor managing multiple residential and commercial spaces.
Brianne received her SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in May 2024. As an active designated member of the National Association of Appraisers (MNAA), she has spoken at multiple national appraisal conferences on topics related to the profession and its future development of appraiser trainees.
In addition to her professional life, she enjoys traveling, cooking, her Rottweiler and cat, and spending time with her family.
Cindy Dunmire, Office Manager and Administrative Assistant
Cindy is a full-time administrative assistant that has been with us since April 2015. In addition to handling the everyday functions of the office, Cindy trains new employees on the software and directly supports the Chief Appraiser. She holds an Associate in Specialized Business degree in Accounting and Computers as well as a PA Real Estate Salesperson license. Aside from working and doing real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy, camping, kayaking, taking care of her chickens and cat, and relaxing with a book and a good glass of wine.
Kathy Koffler, Office Assistant and Data Entry Specialist
Kathy Koffler is our part time office assistant and data entry specialist. She has been with us since December 2016 and has over 30 years of customer service and data entry experience. Aside from working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug, and her two children, Kaelee and Kolsen. They enjoy backpacking and have done so at many National Parks. She is also a volunteer with the Kiskiminetas Watershed Association, where her main task is maintaining the Facebook page.
Amie Bond Guattery, Licensed Appraiser Trainee
Amie has been with our office since October 2023 and is working towards her Residential Appraiser Certification as a Trainee Appraiser. She has also been a PA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2019.
Prior to her career in real estate, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and Master in Social Work degree and license, and worked in the human services field. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and 2 cats.
Joshua Strunk, Property Data Collector
Joshua has been working with our office part time since 2015. He enjoys meeting new people and exploring new places, which is part of what makes him good at what he does. Aside from working with us, Joshua is active in the communities of the Alle-Kiski area, serving in various roles across the non-profit sector.
