Brianne M Brown, our chief appraiser, started in the real estate industry in 2000. Her experience encompasses over 8 years of comprehensive training from 2 very experienced appraisers with a combined appraisal experience over 60 years. Town & Country Residential Appraisals, LLC is a company that has taken those years of experience along with a love for small business, combined with old fashioned customer service to give you the best in residential real estate appraisal services. 

 

It isn’t often that one has a need for an appraisal. When you do, it can be an experience that is filled with anxiety, apprehension and unanswered questions. We take the utmost care to provide you with answers and make the process as smooth as possible. From the beginning, we explain the process to you. In addition, we provide you with a comprehensive report that best fits your needs. Our service does not end at the click of the send button. Some reports are very lengthy and for some of our clients, might seem overwhelming as most reports contain large amounts of information, calculations and industry terms. We take the time to discuss these reports with our clients so that you are able to clearly understand the conclusions.

EXPERIENCE

As the Chief Appraiser, Brianne M Brown has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Originally, her experience began as an assistant processor in a mortgage brokerage firm in Murrysville.  After being immersed in processing loans, she then went on to work in two real estate appraisal offices for more than 9 years experience.  Not only does she hold a Certified Residential Appraisal License, but she also has a PA Real Estate Salesperson license.  Brianne has been on many sides of real estate transactions and offers a unique perspective.

AFFORDABILITY

We understand that you work hard for your money and there are many costs associated with your home.  While some appraisers have been raising their prices due to the increasing demands and costs of the industry, we have worked hard to keep our costs competitive.  One of the ways we are able to do this is by operating in an almost totally paperless environment.  This not only cuts down on costs but is also environmentally friendly.

RELIABILITY

There have been many times that clients have expressed their gratitude for our service.  Much of this centers around our commitment to doing what we say we are going to do, when we say that we are going to do it.  If you know much about this industry, we do not need to tell you that most appraisal offices are one-man (or woman) shops run out of their home. There is nothing wrong with that.  In fact, that was how Brianne started this business.  However, some of the problems associated with these small home based offices begin when clients are trying to reach their appraiser and they are out on the road doing inspections.  We have a full time staff that is always ready and willing to communicate with our clients.  We schedule appointments as conveniently as possible for our clients and we do everything possible to always be on time.  Additionally, reports are delivered on time.  If there are ever any delays, we are sure to communicate any delays with our client.

TECHNOLOGY

While technology might not sound like a “Core Value”, using the best technology helps us to maintain our core values.  In the office, we use elite software that offers 24-7-365 technical and appraisal support.  We also use the best computers, servers and back-up systems.  Out in the field, we use laser measuring devices for more accurate measurements and tablet applications in order to record all the necessary information and photographs while on site. In addition, we operate using virtually a paperless environment which allows for more efficient results while being conscious of our current and future environment.
